DISCLAIMER: Select PRE-ORDERS have a placeholder mock-up image, which are for illustration purposes only. Once official images of the item are released, they will be added to the PRE-ORDER.
DISCLAIMER: You can cancel a PRE-ORDER for a full refund up to 2-weeks before to the Official Release Date. Once the item is 2-weeks away from the Official Release Date, Officially Released or has already been Shipped/Delivered then it will be subject to our standard Returns/Exchanges policy within 14 Days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Redeemable via our APP, Website or In-Store Locations.
Item(s) ordered must meet all of the following requirements to qualify.
- Must still be in Brand New condition. Not worn, tried on or damaged.
- Must still have the original box, papers, inserts &/or accessories.
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $25 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the original shipping cost incurred by shipping the item(s) to you.
Exchanges
Upon an 'Approved' return you will be invoiced for the $25 return fee*
*This fee covers the return label we will send you + the shipping cost to send you the newly selected item*
If the new item you are selecting is higher priced, you will be invoiced for the difference between the item(s) once the return is received back at our warehouse.
If the new item you are selecting is lower priced, you will be refunded/credited the remaining balance as a 'SS Gift Card' for the difference between the item(s) once the return is received back at our warehouse.
In the rare event that we sent you the wrong item/size, then we will make it right!
You will be able to return/exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a different item/size and the $25 return fee will be covered by us.
Return Process..
- First 'Submit a return' with the button below..
- Select the reason for your return and desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange'
- Attach photos/videos of the item being returned and submit for approval.
- If/When approved you will be issued a return label via email.
- Once the item is received back at our warehouse we will verify the item(s) are in Brand New condition and ensure the item(s) still also have their original SS Authenticity tag attached and intact..
- Once your returned item(s) are approved, We will proceed with your desired resolution 'Return' or 'Exchange' and issue tracking info when applicable.
Be advised any returns NOT properly packaged and damaged in transit will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
DISCLAIMER: International orders (outside of the USA) are FINAL & excluded from Returns/Exchanges due to high international shipping and return cost.
Refunds & Cancellations

As SOLE SERIOUSS is a live marketplace; every successful order is linked between a Buyer and Seller, we can’t offer Refunds or Cancellations.
However here at SOLE SERIOUSS we want you to be happy with your purchase and with our 14 Day Guarantee, You are able to Return or Exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery for another item/size or a refund/credit issued only as an 'SS Gift Card'.
